1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the payment method used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

2. Products & Descriptions

We work hard to display our products accurately. Colours may vary between screens, and packaging or minor component design may be updated over time without notice. Product images are illustrative.

Flossei products are consumer oral-care devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or dental condition. Nothing on this site is dental or medical advice. If you have gum disease, orthodontic appliances, implants, recent dental surgery, or any concern about your oral health, speak to your dentist before use.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed — if a genuine error occurs we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding at the corrected price or receiving a full refund. 4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorised reselling, abuse of promotions, or a stock or pricing error. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

5. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers, bundle pricing and discount codes are valid only for the stated period, cannot be applied retrospectively to past orders, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. One discount code applies per order. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion at any time.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and listed on our Payment Methods page. Payment is processed by third-party providers including Shopify Payments, PayPal and buy-now-pay-later services. We do not store your full card details. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns policy. Both form part of these Terms.

8. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, resell our products without written authorisation, or post unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

10. User Content & Reviews

If you submit a review, photo, video or other content, you grant Flossei a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in our marketing across any channel. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may moderate or remove content, but we do not alter the substance of genuine customer reviews.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Flossei name and logo, product designs, photography, copy and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: the site is provided "as is"; we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free; and our total liability to you in connection with any product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
