We built Flossei around a simple idea: an electric flosser shouldn't cost a hundred and thirty dollars. This page explains how we price, why our prices move, and what we'll never do.

How Our Prices Are Set

All prices displayed on flossei.com are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Our pricing reflects manufacturing and tooling costs, freight and import duties, payment processing fees, warranty and returns provisioning, and the cost of running a real support team. It does not reflect a large retail markup — we sell direct, which is precisely why we can charge less than the brands you'll find in a pharmacy aisle.

Why Cheaper Doesn't Mean Lesser

A lower price on a Flossei device is a distribution decision, not a materials decision. We spend on the parts you feel — motor, battery, head tolerance, waterproofing — and save on the parts you don't: no wholesaler margin, no retail shelf space, no celebrity endorsement budget.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Changes may result from supplier and freight cost movements, currency fluctuations, changes to taxes or duties, or the start and end of promotional periods.

The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout. If a price drops after you order, we don't retrospectively refund the difference — but if it drops within 7 days of your order, email us and we'll issue a store credit for the difference. That's a courtesy, not an obligation.

Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, an item may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system or data-feed error. Where an obvious error occurs we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, or contact you to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the corrected price. We will never charge you more than the price you agreed to without your consent.

Promotions, Bundles & Discount Codes

Promotional prices apply only for the stated period and while stock lasts.
Discount codes can't be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
Only one discount code applies per order unless we state otherwise.
Bundle savings are calculated against the current individual RRP of the items included.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time.

Comparison & "Was" Pricing

Where we show a strike-through or "was" price, it is the price the item was genuinely offered for sale at on this site, or the recommended retail price for that item. We do not inflate a reference price in order to manufacture a discount. We take our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law on misleading pricing seriously.

Taxes & Duties

Australian orders include GST where applicable. Any future international orders may attract import duties or taxes at the destination, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated at checkout.
