Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within Australia only.

Processing time. Orders are typically packed within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand (including promotional "Restock Sale" pricing), dispatch may run a little slower than usual — we'll always get your order out as quickly as we can, and this isn't a sign anything has gone wrong with your order.

Delivery time. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates from our carrier, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free across Australia on all Flossei orders.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate above, contact us at contact@flossei.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.
