Buy-now-pay-later options are provided by third parties, are subject to their approval and terms, and may involve fees if you miss a repayment. Flossei receives payment in full up front and is not the credit provider. Please read the provider's terms before using them.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will apply its own conversion rate and may charge an international transaction fee.

Is My Payment Secure?

Yes. Our store runs entirely over encrypted HTTPS, and payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant providers including Shopify Payments and PayPal. Flossei never sees or stores your full card number. Card data goes directly to the payment processor.

When Am I Charged?

Your payment method is charged in full at the time you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately — if you don't see it, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment declines, the most common causes are an address mismatch between your card and your billing details, insufficient funds, or your bank flagging an unfamiliar online merchant. Try a different method or contact your bank. Sometimes a declined attempt places a temporary hold on funds — this is released automatically by your bank, usually within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. See Refunds & Returns for timing and eligibility.

Invoices & Receipts

Your order confirmation email doubles as your tax invoice. Need a copy re-sent, or a business name and ABN added? Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number.
