Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will apply its own conversion rate and may charge an international transaction fee.

Is My Payment Secure?

When Am I Charged?

If you subscribe to floss head refills, your card is charged at checkout and again at each renewal. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time. See our Subscription Terms.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment declines, the most common causes are an address mismatch between your card and your billing details, insufficient funds, or your bank flagging an unfamiliar online merchant. Try a different method or contact your bank. Sometimes a declined attempt places a temporary hold on funds. This is released automatically by your bank, usually within 3 to 5 business days.

Refunds

Receipts

Your order confirmation email is your receipt and record of purchase. Need a copy resent, or your business name added for expensing? Email contact@flossei.com with your order number.
