Dispatched
Your parcel is with the carrier and tracking is now live.
In Transit
On its way. Metro 3 to 5 days, regional up to 7.
Delivered
Left at your address or with your nominated safe place.
Tracking Hasn't Updated?
The first scan can take up to 24 hours after you get your shipping email. Parcels also sometimes sit without a scan over weekends and public holidays.
If there's been no movement for 7 business days, email contact@flossei.com with your order number and we'll lodge a carrier enquiry on your behalf. If the parcel can't be located, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. See our Shipping Policy.
