Can I really cancel before the first refill ships?
Yes. There is no minimum term. If you subscribe today and cancel tomorrow, you keep the flosser at the price you paid and no further charges are made. We'd rather you stayed because the product works than because a contract said you had to.
Do I get 50 heads or 20?
Your first delivery is the flosser kit with 20 heads. Every recurring delivery after that is 50 heads for $[24.95], every 3 months.
What if 3 months is too often, or not often enough?
Change the interval in your account at any time, or skip an individual delivery. Head lifespan varies a lot depending on how tight your contacts are, so there's no single right answer.
When am I charged?
The first charge is at checkout. After that, your nominated payment method is charged when each recurring order is prepared, approximately every 3 months. We email you [3] days beforehand.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll retry and email you. Your subscription pauses rather than cancels, so you can update your card and pick up where you left off.
Does the 30 day guarantee still apply?
Yes. Subscribing doesn't reduce your rights. The device is covered by the same 30 day Fresh Start Guarantee and 12 month warranty as a one off purchase, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected either way.
Opened head packs can't be returned for hygiene reasons, but you can stop future deliveries at any time.
